THIS times eleventy: Why Strong Female Characters Are Bad for Women
I want to send this to all the people who think that Uhura will only be a worthy female character if she gets to physically assault someone and politely gets out of the way of Kirk/Spock shouldn't have a boyfriend because relationships make her weak or somehow detracts from her awesomeness!
